Welcome to Yoga with Louise and friends

We are celebrating 10 years of Yoga-Yoga December 2001 to December 2011!

Yoga is a wonderful way to keep fit, happy and healthy. Attending a regular Yoga class is a great way to develop stamina and strength in the body and improve your emotional wellbeing. In 2012 we are delighted to offer weekly Yoga classes in the centre of Richmond Upon Thames that are taught by experienced, practical, down to earth teachers who are long time students of Yoga themselves. We are also offering various workshops, retreat days and Yoga holidays throughout the year so please have a look at the website regularly or sign up for our newsletter below!

"Yoga has truly enriched my way of life and brings me peace day to day, something I think that is very hard to find in this era of manic work and home life. With yoga, I feel that I have gained a better way of life thanks to a wonderful guide, Louise." Rosie

The March 2012 British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course is full. If you are interested in taking this course in 2013 please take a look at the current course details here and you can contact Louise from there

Our range of teaching includes one-to-one private tuition, group classes, talks/seminars and workshops and we also teach meditation. From time to time we provide courses for complete beginners, related subjects such as Ayurveda, health and nutrition and stress management and run Yoga retreats- locally and in Europe. Louise is well- known for her very special classes for pregnant and postnatal women but she is currently not running theses classes but is writing a pregnancy Yoga book – so look out for it in 2012!

If you are interested in receiving regular up to date information about Yoga-Yoga classes and workshops then you can subscribe to our newsletter here.

We appreciate you visiting our website, thank you.
