Join Adelene and Louise for this daylong exploration. There will be theory, discussion and experiential practices to facilitate and renew your relationship with your body. Enjoy an organic expression of your Yoga practice for better health and increased vitality.
From when Yoga was first introduced into our modern Western culture it has been the physical practice ie asana, that has taken the forefront. Using the body as a medium for movement and sensory experience has been widely adopted, as this is something we recognise and can easily relate to. But do we know how to use all the systems of the body effectively to move with strength and grace?
This workshop offers an inquisitive exploration of our organ system. We'll take a journey through the organs to feel and place them in our body. We will experience moving from the organs and engaging the organ system as a core support from within. In addition, there will be some restful quiet practices to support the restoration and healthy functioning of the organs.
These practices are introduced in a way that enables you to immediately complement and apply your learning to your asana practice [and teaching].

My teaching partner Adelene Cheong Adelene believes in supporting and guiding her students to unveil their fullest potential, through embodiment and experiential exploration. She is particularly interested in the therapeutic applications of yoga. As a leading Restorative Yoga Trainer, she is absolutely committed to a balance of both active asana and restorative practices.
