An introduction to the moving body, mechanics of breathing, the stress response and why relaxation is so important This day- long workshop offers an inquisitive exploration of our body, how we breathe and how we can use our breath to help release stress. We will also examine how we respond physically and physiologically to stress and why relaxation is so important. And of course enjoy some deep relaxation

Holly road runs parallel to the main road in Twickenham town centre King Street/Heath Road [A305] Heart Twickenham is behind Marks and Spencer and opposite the Holly Road Car Park. There is plenty of car parking most of which is free after 6.30pm and discounted to Richmond Residents with a Richmond card.
Heart Twickenham is within easy walking distance of various bus stops and also Twickenham mainline station
