Patanjali Yoga Sutra Chapter 2 verse 41 "There is no temptation to flit from one thing to another. This is concentration and control of sensory perceptions and actions- the vision of the very essence of Being. The vision is clear in any situation. Purity, physical as well as mental, is an important aspect of evolution toward true self realization" translation Bernard Bouanchaud
Theme: Good health habits, evenness of mind, thoughts, speech and discrimination. Being clear in our actions both towards others and with ourselves.
Practice: How clear are we in our ability to practise Yoga within our own capability and not push beyond what is healthy progress? In our asana practise can we be alert without tension and relax without slackness or are we constantly pushing then collapsing? Can we practise on our Yoga mat in a way that brings us true clarity and a sense of 'wholeness' that we can take off the mat into daily life?
