To book a class, course, workshop or retreat

A booking is made online and is only guaranteed once full payment is received. Where drop-in is offered for a class, payment can be made in person on the day prior to the commencement of the class- cash only please. If you do not wish to book or pay online then arrangements can be made either by an email request or calling us on 07968 187 008.

Terms and Conditions

When booking you will be asked to tell us of any medical condition that could hinder your performance in a class/workshop and during a retreat. Please complete this field, it is important and for your safety, if not stated we will ask you prior to coming to class. If you have no medical conditions please indicate by stating "No medical conditions".

Payment

Payment for classes is for the term booked and isn't exchangeable or transferable to other terms unless agreed by special arrangement. When booking either a workshop and/or a retreat this same condition applies. Specific terms and conditions apply to workshop bookings and retreats and are outlined below.

   All major Credit Cards and Debit Cards accepted through our PayPal account. You do not have to have a PayPal account yourself to use this option but if you do it couldn't be easier!

Confirmation of Bookings

On receipt of your booking & payment, we will send you confirmation of your place on the course/workshop/retreat and any further information necessary for joining the course/workshop/retreat.

Refunds and Credits

If a student cancels a course up to 72 hours (three days) prior to the course commencing a full refund minus a £10 administration fee will be returned. However, if students cancel less than 72 hours notice then a credit will be issued against a further course minus a £10 administration fee. If students miss a particular class during the course that class is forfeited and is not transferable. If a student just doesn't show up no refund or credit is issued. If a student wants to cancel part way through a course then we will view this on a case by case situation and according to the particular circumstances.

Note - for pregnancy Yoga courses if you are unable to attend your regular class in one particular week then it may be possible to attend another class that week this is dependant on us running more than one class a week

Workshops and special classes
These must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed please note a full refund is only given if cancellation is made one week prior to the workshop or special class starting. Normally a credit note will be issued if cancelled less than one week but more than 48 hours. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice - then no refund or credit note is issued.

Weekend Retreats
When booking a weekend retreat you have the option of paying a non refundable deposit or paying for the retreat in full. If you are paying the 50% deposit, you will be sent an automatic reminder of the balance due 6 weeks prior to the weekend. Please pay this promptly. If you are booking less than 6 weeks to the start of the weekend you can only pay in full. We will email you all further information on the venue and what to bring with you about 2 weeks prior to the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY for weekend retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made up to two weeks before departure, 50% of payment (excluding deposit) will be refunded. Thereafter refunds (up to a maximum of 25% of payment and excluding deposit) will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and then only at the discretion of Louise. Cancellation of your weekend, for whatever reason, must be notified in writing to Louise via the website please. It may be possible to transfer to another weekend however a fee may be charged.

Cancellation of classes and courses by Yoga-Yoga

Yoga- Yoga reserve the right to postpone or cancel classes or courses with a minimum of three days notice If a course is postponed and students are unable to make the new date a refund of the course fees will be issued in full. If the course is cancelled then all course fees will be refunded in full unless a student wishes to transfer onto another course, however, any fee difference will be refunded again in full.

I understand that I participate in all yoga classes entirely at my own risk and any loss, damage, injury or any other mishap will not be the responsibility of the class organiser or teacher. I understand that refunds will only be given if the course I want is booked or as outlined in this section.
